With over 15 years of experience as a User Experience Designer, my journey has been focused on crafting seamless, human-centred interactions that bridge the gap between digital technology and users’ real-world needs.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects, from mobile apps and wearable interfaces to enterprise software and web platforms. My design work spans across industries, including financial solutions at PayPal and CitiBank, enterprise systems for NYSE and the World Bank, and consumer experiences for brands like Cadbury UK and Philips. In every project, my goal is not just to create functional products but to design experiences that delight and empower users.

I firmly believe that great design is never a solo endeavour. It thrives on collaboration, which is why I work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure that User Experience remains at the core of every product development. My role goes beyond design execution; I also take pride in mentoring fellow designers, guiding teams, and contributing to the creation of cohesive Design Systems that ensure consistency and efficiency throughout products.

Finance:
- PayPal & CitiBank: I have worked on designing financial solutions for major institutions like PayPal and CitiBank. In the finance industry, user experience design plays a critical role in simplifying complex transactions and ensuring security.
- Focus: My work likely involves making financial processes intuitive, clear, and accessible for users while maintaining rigorous standards of security, usability, and trust.
Consumer Goods:
- Cadbury UK & Philips: My experience in consumer goods, with brands like Cadbury UK and Philips, highlights your ability to design user experiences for products that are widely used by everyday consumers.
- Focus: Designing user-centric experiences for products like household electronics, health-related devices, or packaged goods. The goal here would be enhancing the consumer journey, from interaction to product enjoyment, all while ensuring ease of use.
